The yacht trading industry in the USA faced significant obstacles, particularly with managing yacht listings
and the yacht closing process. Existing platforms for yacht listings were outdated and lacked modern, reliable
features, leading to inefficiencies. Sellers and buyers struggled to connect effectively, and the yacht industry
was burdened by time-consuming manual paperwork and complicated document handling. Moreover, there were limited
platforms specifically designed for yacht listings, making it difficult for users to find trustworthy, secure
spaces to engage in yacht transactions. The lack of streamlined communication and a modern solution to facilitate
the closing process created friction, slowing down deals and making the entire transaction process more complex
than necessary.
Outdated Listing Platforms: Limited platforms for yacht listings, many of which were outdated and unreliable.
Complex and Time-Consuming Closings: Manual document handling and paperwork during the yacht closing process, lead to inefficiency.

Solution
Softcodeit Solutions collaborated with key players in the US yacht brokerage industry to develop a comprehensive online platform designed
to streamline the yacht buying and selling process. The solution included two primary platforms, a Yacht Listing Platform and a Yacht
Closings Platform.
The Yacht Listing Platform provided a reliable, user-friendly environment for sellers to list their yachts and for buyers to search,
connect, and finalize their purchases. With its modern features, the platform offered a fast, secure, and trustworthy solution for
both buyers and sellers to interact.
The Yacht Closings Platform was developed to handle the often complex paperwork associated with yacht transactions. By enabling seamless,
automated document sharing and electronic signatures, this solution significantly reduced the time and effort required to complete the
yacht closing process. Brokers, buyers, and sellers could now collaborate effectively in a secure, digital environment, making deals
faster and more efficient.

The Yacht Listing Platform was built using Drupal 9 for the backend, PostgreSQL as the database,
and AWS Cloud for hosting and infrastructure. The Yacht Closings Platform leveraged Node.js
(NestJS framework) for the backend, PostgreSQL for the database, and Angular for the front end,
delivering a responsive and intuitive user experience.
