Senior AI / ML Engineer

AI & Data Practice

Design and ship production ML systems for global clients — from data pipelines and model training through deployment, monitoring, and continuous retraining. You'll work across classical ML and modern GenAI, choosing the right tool for each problem.

What You'll Do
  • Architect end-to-end ML systems: ingestion, feature engineering, training, serving, and observability.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous business problems into measurable ML solutions.
  • Mentor mid-level engineers, lead code and design reviews, and raise the bar on ML rigour.
  • Stay current on the evolving GenAI landscape — and decide pragmatically when (and when not) to apply it.
